Matt Urmy, Chief Executive Officer & FounderMatt Urmy has already demonstrated effectiveness as an executor for Artist Growth by forging partnerships & inking deals with several of the leading Institutions in the industry, (both in the evolving music tech ecosystem and the traditional industry) within the first few months of the company’s launch. He is a musician, teacher and data management analyst who designed databases for international clinical studies in Oncology Research @ HCA in Nashville, as well as a seasoned a public speaker. He brings a diverse and extensive career in the arts, healthcare, and education to his role as CEO. His background in healthcare data management informed much of his insight into the design of the platform. Urmy has a Masters of Fine Arts in Poetry and, prior to launching Artist Growth, recorded an album with the legendary Cowboy Jack Clement.
Fred S. Palmer III, Chief Technology OfficerFred S. Palmer III is a Tennessee native and comes to Artist Growth with an extensive background in computer science, graphics and video technologies, music technologies and mathematics. He played a pivotal role in the success of the Nashville-based startup, Studio Now, (acquired by AOL in January 2010). During his career Fred has also worked extensively in the healthcare technology industry as well as the industrial automation industry. He is also an accomplished photographer, musician, woodworker as well as an Eagle Scout. Fred spends most of his relaxation time remodeling a 250 year old home using cutting-edge technologies while preserving the historic significance of the structure.

Mark Montgomery, E-Commerce & Digital Media Pioneer & EntrepreneurMark Montgomery is an award-winning music & technology entrepreneur, investor and rabble-rouser who was the co-founder and visionary behind a multifaceted digital music marketing force known as echomusic. Dr. Harry Jacobson, Healthcare Executive & EntrepreneurDr. Harry Jacobson was formerly Vice Chancellor for Health Affairs at Vanderbilt University, where he was the CEO of the Medical Center for over a decade, and now serves as a principal in Health Care Investment Group, an early stage investment group which he formed with some colleagues in 2010 to assist both health care and some technology startups in breaking into the market. Dr. Jacobson has served on the boards of numerous organizations including Merck, Inc.; Kinetic Concepts, Inc.; Ingram Industries, Inc. and Med Solutions, Inc. He is a lifetime entrepreneur who has been extraordinarily successful.
Joe Galante, Veteran Music Label VeteranJoe Galante is widely regarded as one of the Nashville music scene's most important figures. After 1982, he was back in NYC as President of RCA for 4 years, signing Dave Matthews Band and Wu-Tang Clan. He returned to Nashville as Chairman of RCA Label Group Nashville, and eventually Sony Music Nashville Chairman, during an almost four decades-long career with the label. Galante is credited with launching and guiding the careers of such superstars as Kenny Chesney, Alabama, The Judds, and Carrie Underwood.
